Mark is a Harvard-trained scholar and one of the foremost coach trainers in the world. He’s trained over 8,000 coaches at the certification level and his free trainings reach 500,000 people per month.
He is the co-author, with Magali Peysha, of the bestselling Strategic Intervention Handbook. As a teacher, he has written and designed 8 different online coach certification programs and three blockbuster live coach trainings. He has also co-authored and produced nearly 100 training films on Strategic Intervention Coaching. Mark has been in partnership with Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, and Magali Peysha for 14 years. He lives and works in Santa Barbara, California with his business partner, co-teacher, and wife Magali and their five awesome kids.
Magali is an expert coach, senior teacher, and she spearheads curriculum development and new training programs at RMT. She began her work with her husband Mark Peysha, Cloe Madanes, Tony Robbins in 2002 helping to create the intervention films included in RMT Core Training.
Magali also leads the Robbins-Madanes initiative to integrate Strategic Intervention with other healing and creative modalities. Her background in Ayurvedic and energy healing are often experienced as part of her unique coaching style.

Magali’s training in coaching began at a young age, as the daughter of Cloe Madanes and Jay Haley, the founder of Family Therapy. She learned by observation, spending thousands of hours behind the one-way mirror with her parents as they taught therapists and coaches. For over 20 years Magali has been coaching clients using her unique style to bring greater happiness, purpose and love into her clients experience of life. She enjoys incorporating Ayurveda, energy healing, and hypnosis with Strategic Intervention.
