The text below is here to clarify some of the terms and conditions that all students accept when joining Robbins-Madanes Training (a.k.a. "RMT").
The gist of these terms and conditions are simple. We are here to train you to become one of the best coaches in the world. We encourage you to use your new skills to change the lives of hundreds or thousands of coaching clients. There are millions of people out there who need your help. Our dream is that, as an RMT Graduate, you make an impact on the world! Here's what we don't want: We do not permit RMT students to misrepresent themselves as employees or associates of RMT or Tony Robbins. Being a graduate of a school is not the same as working for the school. Make sense? RMT students/grads may not use RMT community facilities to market their coaching services to other students. We are as community of sharing, not charging each other. RMT students and grads may not copy and republish RMT materials online or in their talks. The training includes a Speakers Blueprint where you can give a live training on the six human needs. Beyond that, we can help you learn how to create your one original content.

These terms may be unilaterally changed by RMT from time to time, and you should check for updates on RMTCenter. You have a full 30 days after purchase to evaluate any training you have purchased on one of our websites, and if you're not completely satisfied, just let us know and we will issue a full refund. Use of intellectual materials herein for the establishment of personal business, for which this program is designed, is allowed in most cases.
Under RMT Students and grads are permitted and encouraged to use RMT strategies with their coaching clients. However, there is a difference between being a coach and being a presenter or publisher. Presenters and publishers are generally presumed to have authorship or permission to teach the material being presented. RMT students have complete permission to use RMT strategies in their coaching, but do not have permission to reproduce, re-speak, or re-publish RMT training materials to groups or online audiences. You have direct permission to use the Speaker's Blueprint and other bonuses designed for your use with groups or audiences.
Student Participation
All student participation in RMT events, consultations, and teleclasses may be used by RMT for educational or other purposes, and all student contributions and correspondence to RMT, whether written, spoken, or photographed, filmed, or emailed, becomes the property of RMT. RMT may edit, reproduce, or distribute part or all of any conversations, interventions, feedback, emails at the sole discretion of RMT.
By purchasing RMT, student takes full responsibility for having a computer, adequate internet connection, and a telephone, and for dedicating any additional resources for starting and completing the training - including time in their schedule and any energy or effort needed to study the materials. RMT is not liable for the student's failure to access or use the training, and under no conditions will be basis for refunding tuition after the 30 day refund period has expired.

You understand that by being part of this training group, you will adhere to the current and updated Terms and Conditions at all times. Bonuses
RMT will mail shippable bonuses, such as DVDs, within 3-4 business days of your enrollment. These bonuses are intended as a supplement to RMT, which is an online and phone-based training. Bonuses are not to be relied on as a substitute for the training. Note that some countries charge a customs fee for hard goods delivered by mail. RMT makes best effort to reduce the declared value of these bonuses, but the student takes responsibility for any fees, customs charges, or taxes imposed by their country's government for any such shipments.
Accounts
Accounts are assigned on an individual basis. Revealing login information to other individuals is in direct violation of member agreements and may result in suspension or revocation of member status. Login may be shared with spouses and nuclear family members. Access to the content by more than one individual is in direct violation of Robbins-Madanes purchasing and copyright policies. Students are responsible for their internet connectivity or devices to be able to access the training.
Legal Access
Members who submit payment or access the site by any means agree that they are of legal age or may present the expressed, written consent of a parent or legal guardian at any time. Those accessing the site, assume all responsibility for legal compliance specific to their location.
Non-Professional Advice
The information and services provided by RMT is intended for educational purposes only and is in no way to be interpreted as professional advice. For direction on matters of counseling and medical advice, seek a registered professional. Members acknowledge that RMT teaches the discipline of life coach training, and that training with RMT does not authorize students or graduates to practice any non-coaching professional disciplines that require state, national, or international licensure, such as psychotherapy, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
Forums
This site contains internal means of communication between community members. The content contained within these communications is the responsibility of users. Robbins-Madanes Training and all affiliates assume no responsibility for content posted or accessed beyond state and federal legal requirements in California, USA.
Commercial Use of Community Services
RMT facilities are provided for the purpose of training individual coaches. We promote a culture of collaboration and community. RMT community facilities may not be used by individual coaches to market their services to other students. That is a misuse of community services and an attempt to sell services that are included with the certification programs. If someone approaches you to coach you for money inside RMT community properties, please report it. Students found to be charging for coaching other RMT students for coaching or coaching-related advice will lose access to the community.
Refusal of Service/Membership Revocation
This site is built on the premise that all members will be civil and respectful to others within the RMT community. Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, sexual or explicit comments, aggressive behavior, intent to embarrass, humiliate, threaten, or harass other students, RMT staff, or administrators, or other intentional mistreatment of members or staff will result in suspension, cancellation of training. RMT reserves the right to refuse to issue certificates to students who violate these community standards. (Please rest assured that all this is VERY rare and only takes place after multiple communications fail to bring peace.) Suspension may be a result while under investigation. In addition to the Core Training materials, RMT offers members access to the online community of members. This community access is considered a bonus enhancement to the training. Members who violate the terms of the community may have their community privileges suspended independently of their access to Core Training materials.
If you would like to report another user for abuse of this policy, please submit an email to Support@RobbinsMadanesTraining.com explaining the situation and we will investigate.
Trademarks and Brands
The Tony Robbins and related brands (Tony Robbins, Anthony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Robbins-Madanes Training, RMT, Mark Peysha, Magali Peysha, or Madanes-Peysha Publishing) are protected and may not be used for commercial purposes. RMT students have exclusive rights to refer to themselves professionally in print using the following approved language: RMT students may refer to themselves as "Studying at Robbins-Madanes Training.” Graduates may refer to themselves as a “Graduate of Robbins-Madanes Training.” A graduate's bio may state that “I learned coaching at Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha.” Graduates also receive a digital seal “Graduate of Robbins-Madanes Training” that may be placed on their website. RMT students and graduates may not depart from this approved language in their printed materials.
