Calia Brencsons-Van Dyk is an Emmy and James Beard Award-winning producer and executive coach with over 25 years in television, film, and live events. As CEO of Caliativity Productions, she has led global projects, including her work on The Martha Stewart Show and Emeril’s Table. Her career also includes theater work at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, consulting at McKinsey, and producing for CayFilm. Now, as an executive coach, she leverages her extensive experience to help professionals navigate creative industries. Calia is a member of the Producers Guild of America, SAG-AFTRA, and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences   .
