I am a certified coach based in Romania, working with individuals navigating a turning point — in their sense of purpose, direction, or identity — leaders, founders and CEOs of companies who face structural blockers. I partner with people, as well as with teams and organizations. Through 1-on-1 coaching and workshops, I facilitate grounded, intentional processes that lead to decisive action and profound change.
I don’t deliver training programs. I diagnose where decisions actually get stuck, redesign the decision architecture, and stay through implementation until the change holds on its own.
Before building my own business, I worked as personal assistant to two of Romania’s most prominent CEOs — inside their decision-making, their blind spots, the real cost of a leader who can’t let go. I hold an MBA (UNESCO Chair, University of Bucharest), certified training in professional coaching, NLP, and Human Needs Psychology, and also studied applied neuroscience and epigenetics. Over 18 years in business, I built, lost everything, and rebuilt twice — through the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic.
