I am a results-driven coach with a passion for leadership, personal development, and conflict resolution in both professional and family settings. With a strong background in management, I have successfully led teams of 15 to 53 employees, transforming underperforming divisions into record-breaking successes. Beyond my professional achievements, I take immense pride in my personal life. I have been happily married for 28 years, growing more in love with my wife and family each year. I have raised three incredible children—one of whom has made me a grandfather—while two were adopted as newborns, proving that family is built on love and commitment. As a coach, I bring a unique perspective on resilience, navigating life’s challenges, and fostering meaningful relationships. My recent journey as a caregiver for my wife, who is battling stage 4 cancer, has strengthened my ability to navigate adversity with grace, humor, and deep connection. Balancing rigorous medical schedules, guiding two teenagers, and maintaining a playful, loving marriage has been a testament to my dedication to living fully in the present. I thrive on helping others overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and create fulfilling lives. Whether in business, family, or personal growth, I believe in thriving—not just surviving. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy working out, spending quality time with my family, and collaborating with the RMT coaching team to make a lasting impact.

Cloe Madanes

Since 2002, Cloe has worked side by side with Anthony Robbins developing the new field of Strategic Intervention. This cross-disciplinary project combines their two legacies, distilling the most swift, effective, and practical Strategic Intervention methods from a variety of fields. With Anthony Robbins, Cloe co-founded the Council for the Human Rights of Children, co-sponsored by the University of San Francisco, which applies the insights of Strategic Intervention for the protection and healthy upbringing of at-risk children.

Since 2002, Cloe has partnered with renowned  life coaching leader Tony Robbins to form the Robbins-Madanes Training Center, which is dedicated to finding cutting-edge strategic solutions to the most pervasive and difficult problems.
