Refund Policy

All of our products and trainings (excluding live events and private sessions) are covered by an unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee. You have a full 30 days to evaluate any program we offer, and if you don’t find it to be the most life-changing training you have ever undergone, just let us know and we will issue a 100% unconditional hassle-free money-back guarantee.

Private Coaching Sessions are refundable for 30 days for all unused sessions. There is a period of 12 months from date of purchase to redeem your coaching sessions.

For the upcoming Coaching Mentorship live event on April 3rd-6th 2025, the last day to request a refund is February 28th.

All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider. Please take your 30 day evaluation period seriously, as we do not offer refunds after that time for any reason. Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through Robbins-Madanes Training. For purchases made through third-party vendors or partners, their respective refund policies will apply.
