I highly recommend the Robbins-Madanes Coaching program! I learned a great deal about who I am as a person through the Six Human Needs Test, the Archetype quiz, Empathy quiz, and the opportunity to reflect on my core values.
These provided the opportunity for me to critically assess my personal attributes that not only support my presence in the world but also enrich my skills as a coach.
Second, the module videos of Tony's interventions with narration and lecture instruction by Cloe gave me the opportunity to observe the strategies in real-time and understand the nuances of the respective approaches. I was also able to see myself in several of the interventions and gain insights about how the lessons related to me.
Third, the live Power Sessions gave me the opportunity to benefit from the experiences and questions of others and appreciate how Cloe’s coaching differed from Tony's coaching.
Finally, the live Practice Labs gave me the opportunity to meet other students on their respective coaching journeys, learn from their experiences, and benefit from the opportunity to practice coaching with them. Thank you all for this growth opportunity.
