I look forward to connecting with coaches in ways that w ill enhance my coaching abilities. The best thing I've gotten from the training is the 6 human needs. It is different than many coaching schools. The intervention aspect may go beyond what some coach schools would encourage. I am guessing that there is a wide range of coaching abilities. I do wonder how you manage to grow and maintain excellence.
